Serves as the face of Mansfield Mother’s Club and provides overall leadership for the Club. Serves as a resource and support to the other members of the Board and helps build relationships within the Mansfield community.
Supports the President and Executive Board in planning and coordinating Club activities and initiatives. Leads the Club’s philanthropy efforts throughout the year.
Keeps the Board organized by recording meeting notes and following up on action items. Plans the annual Preschool & Childcare Fair, connecting local families with area childcare and education resources.
Oversees the financial operations of the Club. Maintains membership renewal information and newsletter advertising. Helps ensure the Club remains financially organized and in good standing.
Helps new families feel welcome and connected from the moment they join the Club. Sends welcome information to new members and maintains the Club’s membership directory.
Support members through some of life’s biggest moments. Keeps a pulse on pregnancy and new-baby announcements, checks in with new moms about support needs, and coordinates meal or support trains for families going through a significant life event or challenging time.
Keeps the Club calendar full of opportunities for members to connect. Manages the Club’s Meetup calendar and leads our bi-monthly Book Club.
Promotes the Club events, announcements, and member news across our social media channels. Creates promotional materials as needed, while also helping introduce the Club to the broader Mansfield community and attract new members.
Creates and distributes the Club’s monthly newsletter, bringing together upcoming events, new-member welcomes, birth announcements, advertising, and other important updates.
Helps develop and coordinate special events and initiatives based on the interests and needs of our members. Also builds relationships with community partners.
